Terms of Service

1. License

Qybrix Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own business operations. The App is licensed, not sold. You may not redistribute, decompile, resell, or sublicense it.

2. Business Use

The App is a point-of-sale and inventory tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for complying with local tax, licensing, and consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, and for keeping your own backups. Qybrix Inc. is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption arising from use of the App.

3. Advertising

The App displays third-party advertising supplied by Google AdMob. You agree that such advertising will be shown unless you exercise an opt-out available to you. Ad content is selected by Google, not by Qybrix Inc., and we do not endorse advertised products or services.

You may hide advertisements for 24 hours by watching an optional video. This is a courtesy feature and Qybrix Inc. makes no guarantee of its continued availability.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in breach of local regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying systems
• Interfere with advertising in a way that generates artificial or invalid ad traffic
• Use automated means to scrape, extract, or test the App without written permission

We may terminate your license and suspend ad serving if these terms are breached.

5. Your Data

All business data is stored locally on your device. We never receive it. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes that data, so export anything you need first.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its name, and its interface are the property of Qybrix Inc. This agreement does not grant any trademark or brand rights beyond the right to use the App as intended.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qybrix Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or the App at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
